Juventus has been trying to sign Carrafiori since January

According to the report from Italian journalist Romano, Juventus has been attempting to sign Bologna's defender Carrafiori since January of this year.

The 21-year-old Carrafiori moved from Basel to Bologna last summer for €4 million. This season, he has made 28 appearances for Bologna, providing 3 assists. His excellent performances have seen his value skyrocket to €25 million in the transfer market.

The report from Romano now suggests that in the deal that saw Carrafiori sold last summer, Basel included a clause of a 40% sell-on fee starting from €4 million. Since January of this year, Juventus has been trying to sign this former Roma player.
