Tohir: Two Players in the Process of Naturalizing for Indonesia
With the strong support of naturalization, the strength of the Indonesian team has significantly improved. In April, during an interview, the chairman of the Indonesian Football Association, Tohir, revealed that two players are in the process of naturalizing.
Regarding naturalized players, according to Tohir, the chairman of the Indonesian Football Association, two players will soon undergo the naturalization process. Among them, Utrecht forward Romani has already stated that Tohir has contacted him for naturalization so that he can become a member of the Indonesian national team. According to Indonesian media Prohaba, another player will be Nakhon Ratchasima's full-back Verdoneck.
Additionally, there have been some issues with the naturalization process of Dallas goalkeeper Pess, who was rumored to be naturalized with Indonesia last year. Tohir also stated that he can only play in the international matches in June at the earliest.
