Indonesia's world ranking dropped to 130th after losing to China
In the fourth round of the Asian World Cup qualifiers, Indonesia's national team suffered their first defeat in the 18-team round, losing 1-2 to China on the road. According to Indonesian media *Okezone*, following this match, Indonesia's FIFA ranking points will decrease by 9.69.
*Okezone* also pointed out that after the loss to China, Indonesia's real-time world ranking dropped from 127th to 130th, with their current FIFA ranking points standing at 1118.37. The 130th position is even lower than their pre-international matchday ranking of 129th. The report further indicated that if both Malawi and Rwanda win in this round of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, Indonesia's world ranking could drop further to 132nd.
