Erling Haaland angrily pushed the camera aside as he stormed off the pitch following a disappointing performance against Chelsea.



Despite firing off 10 shots during Saturday afternoon's match, the Norwegian striker failed to find the back of the net, with only two of his attempts hitting the target. However, Haaland and City were spared embarrassment when Rodri came to the rescue in the 83rd minute with an equalizing goal after Raheem Sterling, playing against his former team, had put the visitors ahead with a first-half strike.

After the final whistle, Haaland appeared disoriented, and as the cameraperson panned around him to capture his emotions, the striker felt offended and did not want to be the center of attention after squandering two clear-cut opportunities.

City dropped two crucial points in the title race due in part to Haaland's wastefulness, which could have significant repercussions, especially considering that Liverpool and Arsenal both won their respective fixtures earlier on Saturday. The reigning champions now find themselves four points adrift of league leaders Liverpool and two points behind second-placed Arsenal.It could have been simply an off day for Haaland, considering his sensational scoring form this season, having netted 16 goals in 19 Premier League matches. He will aim to rectify his missed opportunities when City welcomes Brentford next on Tuesday for another league encounter.
