Manchester United(W)clinching their first-ever Women's FA Cup champion

Ella Toon's sensational goal helped Manchester United secure a comfortable 4-0 victory over a lackluster Tottenham Hotspur side at Wembley on Sunday, clinching their first-ever Women's FA Cup title and earning the women's team their first major championship.

It wasn't a high-quality match overall, but Toon's rocket of a shot, breaking the deadlock in first-half stoppage time, was undoubtedly the highlight. It flew into the top corner, once again showcasing her penchant for making her mark at this iconic venue, marking her fourth goal in seven appearances at the stadium.

However, Mark Skinner's team caused real problems from set pieces. Spurs struggled all day to deal with Katie Zelem's deliveries, which proved to be the source of their second goal. Rachel Williams was unlucky on three occasions as she received two crosses from the captain in the first half, both of which missed the target.

Just before kick-off, Lucia Garcia capitalized on a loose pass from Spurs goalkeeper Becky Spencer, slotting into an empty net to put the result beyond doubt. She then scored again before the game's end, avenging last year's FA Cup final defeat to Chelsea. It was her second attempt to lift the trophy.
